12/19/22 (#2)

this past weekend was so busy because we had a mini family reunion on my dad’s side. my cousin graduated with her master’s degree, so my family, as well as my dad’s oldest brother and his family, made the trek to see her cross the stage.

it was so so nice. my dad’s older brother and family live in a different state so I just never get to see them as much as I would like. and it’s nice to see my dad be a sibling, if that makes any sense. like obviously I know he is a little brother and a big brother, but I only ever see him as my dad or my mom’s husband. it’s just cool to see how those dynamics change and how happy they all are together. I’m just being sappy I think, but it was a nice weekend.
